Introduction

The EM-Tec versatile SEM stage adapters for JEOL systems are all designed to original SEM manufacturer's specifications and are available as:

• JEOL JV-P stage adapters for s pin stubs with standard Ø3.2mm (1/8”) pin
• JEOL JV-J stage adapters for JEOL sample holders with Ø14mm stub connector at the base
• JEOL JA14  Ø 14mm adapter stub for EM-Tec and JEOL stage adapters with a Ø14mm connection
