Introduction

The Micro-Tec cotton swabs are useful for a variety of cleaning applications and sampling. For cleaning of corners and O-ring , the pointed cotton swabs are particularly suited. The Micro-Tec applicator sticks are useful for sample preparation, sorting, stirring and mixing applications. The softer wood prevents scratching.

Cotton swabs are available as:

• Micro-Tec S1 single ended cotton tip cleaning swab with plastic shaft and round tip Ø5 x 13mm, 75mm long, supplied in pack of 1000.
• Micro-Tec S2 double ended cotton tip cleaning swab with paper shaft and round tip Ø5 x 10mm, 75mm long, supplied in pack of 200.
• Micro-Tec SP2 double ended pointed cotton tip cleaning swab with paper shaft, tip Ø4 x 13mm, 75mm long, supplied in pack of 200.
• Micro-Tec MS1 single ended micro tip pointed cotton cleaning swab with wooden shaft, tip Ø1 x 10mm, 102mm long, supplied in pack of 100.
• Micro-Tec SL1 single ended cotton tip cleaning swab with wooden shaft and round tip Ø5 x 13mm. Tight wound cotton, supplied in packs of 100 and 500.
• Micro-Tec SP2 double ended cotton tip cleaning swab with paper shaft and pointed tips Ø4 x 13mm, 75mm long, supplied in pack of 200.

Applicator sticks are available as:

• Micro-Tec PS small wooden picks for sorting, picking, cleaning, mixing and dispensing conductive pastes. Natural, untreated birch wood, double pointed with a size of 60 x Ø2mm. Supplied in a dispenser box/500
• Micro-Tec PM and Micro-Tec PL longer wooden picks for sorting, cleaning and mixing. Natural, untreated bamboo, single pointed. Available in two sizes: 150 x Ø3mm and 200 x Ø3mm. Supplied in packs of 500.
• Micro-Tec RM smooth round wooden applicator or stirring sticks for sorting and mixing, blunt ends. Natural, untreated birch wood. Size is 150 x Ø2.3mm.  Supplied in pack of 1000.
• Micro-Tec smooth flat wooden applicator sticks (tongue depressor type) for stirring and mixing. Made from birch wood with a wax finish. Supplied in pack of 200. Available in two sizes:
• Micro-Tec FS small sticks – 140 x 15 x 1.6mm
• Micro-Tec FL large sticks – 150 x 19x 1.6mm
