Introduction
The EM-Tec versatile SEM stage adapters for Hitachi systems are all designed to the original SEM manufacturer's specifications and are fully compatible with the Hitachi SEMs, FESEMs, FIBs, FIB-SEM systems and TM table-top SEMs. They all include an M4 screw for Hitachi sample stubs and or Hitachi SEM sample holders and they can be used as drop-in replacement for Hitachi stage adapters. The EM-Tec versatile SEM stage adapters for Hitachi systems give access to an unprecedented choice of SEM sample holders which can be used across multiple SEM platforms. Hitachi variable height stub extensions with M6 thread
The Hitachi stub extensions fit on various Hitachi stage adapters with M6 threaded holes and are intended for height adjustment/extensions. Use the shorter extension for tall samples or long working distances. The longer extensions for thin samples and /or short working distances. The Hitachi stub extensions sets comprise a brass pillar with standard M6 thread, an M4 screw on top of the pillar, M4 threaded hole in the base of the pillar and an aluminium locking nut. The pillars are stackable to achieve longer distances. The pillars and locking nut are also separately available.

EM-Tec H10 Hitachi 10mm height extender
The EM-Tec H10 height extender with a fixed height of 10mm can be used on all Hitachi systems or with the EM-Tec stage adapeters for Hitachi SEMs. Use where extra height is needed to get closer to the pole piece of the SEM or to change height quickly without using the Z-axis of the SEM stage. M4 threaded hole in the base and M4 screw on top. Compatible with all Hitachi stage adapters. Machined from vacuum grade aluminium with stainless steel screw. Overall size is Ø15x10mm.
